Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the journalistic fashion language and has basic knowledges of the journalism; he knows how the work is organized in the editings, how to write an article, the historical gestures of the Italian journalism and the communication in fashion world. He has the basic knowledges for the writing of newspaper articles of several kind, from the chronicle to the fashionable culture.

Course contents

Course main purpose is the study of the journalistic fashion language leaving from a few basic knowledges of the journalism: what function performs the journalism, what is an item of news, what are the criteria of "notiziabilità", the sources of the journalist,  how the work is organized in the editings, how write to himself an article, what are the historical gestures on the Italian journalism. Practical simulations will follow during the lessons, consisting in the writing of newspaper articles of several kind, by the chronicle to the fashionable culture. Such simulations will be useful as general orientation to the purposes of the final evaluation, but do not expect a digital voting.
