Post-reform changes in the area of the chemical sciences and technologies are widespread. Following Federchimica guidelines, we have set up courses for technicians who will be able to find places in all sectors of production in small and medium enterprises.
A major concern today is the security and environmental impact of chemistry and the chemistry of materials.
We have created an Industrial Chemistry 1st cycle degree course in Bologna, while in Faenza and Rimini we have set up new 1st cycle degree courses in Chemistry of Materials and Ceramic Technologies, and in Chemical Technologies for the Environment and Waste Management.
In Faenza we operate in synergy with Istec-Cnr and in close collaboration with major companies of the sector. The "environmental" degree at Rimini, whose graduates are also requested by industry, is also tightly linked to the local area.
