Fields of study in the faculty range historically from antiquity and late antiquity to the medieval, modern and contemporary worlds, and in space from local to international areas, with a particular attention towards the Middle East and Central Asia.
The Faculty offers three-year courses in Preservation of the Cultural Heritage in the artistic, architectural, archive and musical fields, which are enriched by training periods in archaeological excavations, libraries, research institutes, museums, art galleries, archives etc.
The Faculty also offers two-year 2nd Degrees in Archaeology, and in International Co-operation, Regulation and Protection of Ethno-cultural Rights, with particular attention towards Europe, the East and the Mediterranean.
Students can also follow 1st and 2nd level Masters courses offering further more specific professional orientations.
