Organic Chemistry «A. Mangini»
The staff of the department consists of 10 full professors, 16 associate professors, 11 researchers, and 12 technical and administrative personnel.
The personnel operates on three faculties and three specialisation schools with 33 active instructors.
There are three Research Doctorate programmes.
The department houses circa 100 people involved in research activity (students doing experimental research theses, attending graduates, doctoral candidates, grant holders of public and private institutions, research grant awardees).
Financing for the research comes from the funds ex-40%, ex-60%, University Research, Contracts and Conventions ex-art. 66 DPR 382/80, EU funds, and F.I.R.B. funds.
The department also hosts numerous Italian and foreign scientists for conferences and seminars.
