The Department of Management was founded in 1983 and involves sixty five full time researchers and fifteen assistant researchers in nine research areas.
The research areas are:

Corporate finance
Financial institution management
Management accounting, financial accounting and accountability Management and innovation of arts organization
Management of technology and innovation
Marketing
Organization studies
Strategic management.
The Department of Management offers two PhD Programs, one in Management and one in Financial Markets and Institutions .
