The main objectives of the Equal Opportunities Committee are: to collect data on indicators of the individual and organisational wellbeing of the University, to promote activities to raise awareness, and studies related to education.
Beginning in 1987, all Universities agreed to create Equal Opportunities Committees (CPO). The University of Bologna created its Committee following the Rectorial Decree no. 1818 of 13/01/2004, for a duration of three years from that date.
