In cooperation with the University's service for the disabled, the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature provides support and help to the disabled student's logistic and organisational needs in order to foster their involvement in academic life.
For any inquiries or requests for help in regard to access to lecture halls, learning materials, technological support tools, text scanning and/or audio recording and other specific hardware/software, etc., the disabled students can see the tutor appointed by the Faculty.
In order to respond to the student's needs correctly and speedily, disabled students should contact the Faculty tutor upon arrival.
The Department and the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature (where most of the lectures are held) are fitted with lift.
Another important service offered by the Faculty is the so-called "peer-to-peer tutorship": Faculty students voluntarily offer their support to fellow disabled students during their academic life helping them with their studies, in the relations with teachers or any other university activity.
