Internal set-up of the Dean's Office
The Dean's Secretariat deals with promoting, coordinating, organising and running the teaching syllabus of the degree course in Psychology in line with students' needs and by sharing out the teaching duties fairly among the teachers; the Secretariat also coordinates the teaching and administrative activities of the specialisation courses where appropriate, and, in general, it runs the post-graduate courses pursuant to University’s Statute and the applicable regulations.

The Dean represents the Faculty. He/she summons and presides over the Faculty Board of Teachers, making sure that the decisions are properly implemented. He/she supervises the delivery of the Faculty’s teaching and organisational activities and ensures coherent development and efficient coordination.
The Dean is Professor Fiorella Giusberti.
She exercise powers of control and supervision in accordance with the powers of the other Faculty bodies and with the teachers’ teaching freedom. She manages the various offices that report to the Faculty and organises the use of the rooms and facilities devoted to teaching. She is a member of the Academic Senate and participates in the working commissions.
