Office for General Liaison Services
Deals with the coordination of the Faculty’s institutional activities.
Competencies:
The Office for General Liaison organises the activities of the various departments, from staff management to the management of general services, support to the Faculty bodies, information coordination and control, management of relations with central university services and external relations.
It also coordinates services for disabled students, relations with student associations and initiatives of external importance.

The CIRSFID has 5 laboratories located in the 3 sites of Palazzo Malvezzi (Faculty of Law), Via Belmeloro and Via Filippo Re.
Laboratories (Palazzo Malvezzi)
The two computer laboratories are located at CIRSFID in Palazzo Malvezzi (Faculty of Law). The first, located on the first floor immediately next to the Oval Room (Sala Ovale), has 20 workstations configured in a network; the second, on the second floor next to the Great Hall (Aula Grande), has 25 work stations, also on a network.

LaboratoriES (Via Belmeloro)
There are two computer laboratories managed by CIRSFID at Via Belmeloro 14. These can be found on the third floor of Building B. The first is located in Room N and the second in Room O. Both laboratories have 30 work stations for the students and 1 for the teacher, for a total of 62 work stations all connected on a network.
Forensic computer laboratory (Via Filippo Re)
Manages all computer-related issues of the Faculty.
Competencies:
The Faculty Computer Department manages the Faculty Database, the faculty website, the planning and management of the Faculty’s computer applications, manages the local network, computer security and privacy controls, records events, liaises with Cesia and the Portal, and provides technical support for e-learning.

Deals with the administrative management of the faculty staff and manages student internships.
Competencies:
The Staff Administration and Internships office deals with the agreements for the establishment of internships for undergraduates and graduates, and manages the data concerning staff presences, as well as the distribution, collection and monitoring of the staff lessons records.

Deals with the internationalisation process.
The office is in charge of the following activities:
- Support to the design and management of international agreements for structured teaching activities;
- Support to international mobility of students and teachers;
- Support to the development and management of relations with external bodies in line with the competencies of the CRI;
- Management of relative accounts;
- Support to the design and management of the computerisation of the relative services;
- Support to the activities of the Faculty’s CRI (International Relations Committee);
- Liaises with DIRI and AFORM for internationalisation processes.

Library and documentary services: support for teaching and research activities
The inter-library loans and document supplies services runs exclusively between libraries and is done preferentially through mutual, free of charge collaboration.
