Student Registry Offices look after all administrative procedures throughout the students' university career. The Second Faculty of Engineering has two different structures where courses are taught, each of them with its own Student Registry Office, i.e. that of Cesena campus and that of Forlì campus.

Student Registry Offices look after all administrative procedures to be followed by students during their university careers. Such procedures include enrolling on first and second cycle degree courses, transferring from and to different degree courses, obtaining original and duplicate certificates, checking for payments of tuition fees and obtaining parchment degree certificates.
In particular you can contact Student Registry Offices for the following:
- enrol on both free and limited access degree courses
- hand in students' booklets and magnetic cards (badges), requesting duplicate or re-magnetized copies of student cards (badges)
- register for courses, pay tuition fees and other university charges as well as check previous fee payments and obtain fee payment forecasts
- register for individual courses
- carry out procedures for foreign students and apply for the recognition of study periods spent abroad
- opt for transfers and passages between courses
- withdraw from your studies, check time limits for taking exams and start other procedures such as improper withdrawals, study interruptions and suspensions
- file a request for rejoining University
- apply for the final examination
- request registration/degree certificates
- obtain your original secondary school qualification as well as authenticated copies of your documentation filed with the Registry Office
- access your documentation filed with the Registry Office
- request degree parchment certificates
