The Student Registry Office is responsible for the all the administrative procedures relating to the students' academic careers, from the beginning to the end of their studies.
The Student Registry Office deals with all the organisational and administrative procedures that concern an academic career: from the student's enrolment in the first and second cycle degree courses to the transfers to and from other degree courses, from the issuing of certificates and copies of original documents to the payment of university fees, from the application to take the final degree examination to the issuing of the degree certificate.
In closer detail, the Office is responsible for:
- enrolment to free access and limited access degree courses;
- applications, payment of University fees and other
- requirements;
- transfers from and to other faculties/Universities;
- transfers from and to other degree courses;
- waivers and disclaimers of rights/benefits, etc.;
- improper waiver;
- forfeiture of a right/benefits, etc.;
- reconciling of careers;
- applications to take the final degree examination;
- issuing of the university booklet and student card (badge) and their copies;
- magnetizing the university badge;
- issue of the degree certificate;
- registration/degree certificates;
- receipt of the payment of university fees;
- certified copy of the academic documents;
- return of the high school diploma;
- access to the documents;
- recognition of the studies carried out abroad;
- enrolment in single subject courses
At the Faculty buildings, students can also find the self-service machines for the automatic issuing of academic certificates.
