These activities are aimed at achieving a work/study synergy within the academic programme, thus helping you to choose the best and most suitable career by means of direct contact with the job market.
Introduction
The vocational and training experiences carried out at partner organisations/companies offer to students and recently graduated students the opportunity to get in touch with the job market and develop the knowledge and skills acquired during their academic progression.
The Curricular traineeship is addressed to students who must carry out a skilled work experience to acquire the training credits as provided in the study programme of the study courses.
Please note: For students who must obtain 4 university credits or fewer by carrying out a training activity, the Faculty offers the chance to acquire the above-said credits through participation in one or more workshops (with a duration of 12 hours and equivalent to 2 credits), which can be chosen from among:
- Financial Analysis for Venture Capital
- The Selection Interview in the Recruitment Process
Trainership methods and organisation
Students have to follow different procedures depending on their situation:
- 1st case: the student has already identified a company/institution available to host her/him for the internship. In this case the student has to connect to the website and to verify if the company already has an agreement with the University of Bologna. In particular, the student has to click on "Aziende" and search for the company. If the student finds the company she/he has to visualize its data and click on "presenta richiesta di autocandidatura" specifying in the notes that she/he has already verified the availability of the company to activate the internship. If the student does not find the company on the website, she/he has to fill in the form "Domanda di Convenzionamento" to ask for an internship agreement with the company and to bring it to the external relations office.
- 2nd case: if the student did not identify a company/institution where to experience her/his internship, she/he can connect to the website to visualize both the internship offers (in this case she/he has to click on "offerte") both the companies who are available to receive proposal by students even without a specific offer (in this case she/he has to click on "Aziende"). Students can make 5 different applications at the same time.
After handing in the on line TRAINEESHIP APPLICATION connecting at the website the student must wait for the acceptance by the hosting company and then by the academic tutor and finally by the Traineeship Commission. The student can start the internship after taking the internship diary at the external relations office.
