The offices of ASES - office for the promotion of cultural activities is responsible for the release and publication of the joint competition for the cultural, sport and recreational activities in Bologna and Romagna, and they receive the applications sent via Web.
For only the Students' Associations based in Bologna, a further procedure for the assignment and payment of the economic contributions follows, including a procedure for the acquisition of the economic reports.
For the associations based in Romagna, the procedures for the assignment, payment and economic reporting of the contributions are managed by the single Campus' administrations in Romagna.
