Regulations for Students' Associations

Regulations and legislative provisions regulating the involvement of students' associations in the cultural activities and services destined to students.

  • Act n. 341 of 1990 (art. 6, paragraph 1°, letter c): the Universities are responsible for the supervision of the activities self-managed by students in the cultural, sport and recreational areas.
  • Act n. 390 of 1991 (art. 12, letter g): the Universities may support the activities self-managed by students.
  • D.P.C.M. of 9.04.2001 (art.11, paragraph 2): in the assignment of services for the Right to Study to third parties, the Universities must give priority to students' associations and cooperative organizations.
