Subscription requirements

The subscription to the Register is reserved to the University's Students' Associations/Cooperative Organizations complying with the following requirements (art. 2 of the Regulations):

• to have at least 100 subscribed member students from the University of Bologna, who have completed the exams in the due time (or not beyond 1 year from the legally required time), have obtained the last academic year no less than 9 credits (for students' cooperative organizations, the students complying with the requirements must represent at least the four fifth of the total subscribed members, and, under any circumstances, be not inferior to 100);
• be formally constituted by a memorandum of association and by a statute as duly recorded, in conformity with Art. 3 of the Regulations;
• All social offices must be covered by members who comply with the requirements as above (for cooperative organizations, the students complying with the requirements must represent at least the two third of the social offices activated, including the President).

How to subscribe to the Register

The application form to subscribe to the Register may be forwarded at any time during the academic year, and must be filled in by using the appropriate electronic procedure on the Web:

• first access to the electronic procedure
• following accesses after the first one

The printed form obtained from the electronic procedure as duly signed in must be forwarded to the following address: Settore Diritto allo Studio - Ufficio Promozione Attività Culturali – Via delle Belle Arti 42, 40126 Bologna, including all the documents required by Art. 4 of the Regulations.

The offices of the "Settore Diritto allo Studio" - Ufficio Promozione Attività Culturali will deal with following subscription procedure to the Register, both for the Students' Associations/Cooperative Organizations based in Bologna, and for those ones based in Romagna.

General information about the recognition

The subscription to the Register is implemented by Rector's Decree and has a validity of 2 years from the Decree date.
