All associations and organizations having received economic contributions within the competition for the academic year 2006/2007 are required to send an economic report using the appropriate electronic procedure via Web.
The deadline for the forwarding via Web and in original copy (in paper) are as follows:
Associations 1st category
1st term: April 30, 2007
2nd term: December 31 , 2007
Associations 2nd category
1st term: June 30, 2007
2nd term: February 29, 2008
The second-category associations are required to report all the initiatives as they are realized to avoid problems and delays in the payment of suppliers.
Attached to the economic report, all associations must send the material produced (brochures, manifestos, playbills, etc..) in original copy.
