Research Observatory

In 1997 the University of Bologna set up the Research Observatory, a representative body that represents the University’s scientific disciplines, with the task of defining and updating criteria for the analysis and assessment of the scientific activity carried out at the University, consistent with those used in the most qualified national and international scientific environments.

Activities / Initiatives

The Research Observatory has started several assessment initiatives both independently and following requests by other assessment bodies both within and outside the University.
