The CHANCE kick-off meeting is reserved to the project partners. No public participation is permitted.
The kick-off meeting will allow to practically organize the general strategy and the scientific and technological aspects related to the different WPs. Following a general introduction, a technical session (giving all administrative information), and the presentation of all partners and their respective role in the project, the different Work Packages will be addressed in different sessions.
Particularly, the leaders of the first three WPs will describe the methodologies to be adopted according to the decision kept together with their respective WP participants. These working sessions and subsequent discussion will help to improve, refine and align each WP contents accordingly to the topic requests and project vision.
The leaders of the remaining WPs, whose work will start later along the time table, will briefly describe their strategy and role within the WP.
All suggestion regarding linking activities among partners, as well as candidature for advisory board and industrial platform membership, are welcome.
In the end of the kick-off meeting, the general assembly will be held for the first time with the purpose of ratifying proposals approved during the meeting.
