A simple and fast way to register as a student of the University! But that’s not all! This service is a virtual registry office and through it you can keep track of your payments.
This is a service of the University which offers a fast and simple way to register.
If you are not a student of the University of Bologna register here: Registration is optional and it is non-binding: if you register you will be in direct contact with the University, thus making your future enrolment easier. You will be assigned a number of codes needed to use the service and information on how to use them; you will also be immediately given a University e-mail address so you can receive communications about courses and university life.
Subsequently, to enrol you must enter the system by the set deadline, select the course you are interested in and enter the information requested.
The system will immediately assign you a Hemis number (student reference number). At this point you can print your enrolment application form duly filled in, or go directly to the payment stage. Once you have printed your application form and paid the fees, all you have to do is sign the form and hand it in at any AlmaWelcome Point! or send it to the student registry office.
For students enrolles on courses at the Campus of Bologna: Students enrolled at the Faculties of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Sports Sciences must hand in the documents directly at the respective student registry offices. Non-EU citizens resident abroad must also hand in their enrolment application form to the student registry office.
With AlmaWelcome! You can also enrol for all postgraduate courses (Masters, PhD Degrees, Specialisation Schools, State Examinations to qualify for professional practice). If you have any problems you can contact or go to the administrative office concerned.
If you are already a student of this University connect to AlmaWelcome! using your username and password to pay the university fees: a simple interface will display the payment for you to select.
For credit card payment AlmaWelcome! uses the most advanced technologies and a protected connection. At present the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express or Bankpass Web.
If you wish to pay through the bank, the system will give you a code which is personal and not transferable which you can use to make the payment at any UniCredit Banca branch.
