The University of Bologna manages many cooperation agreements with foreign Universities in non-EU countries, favouring professor, researcher and student mobility.
University Agreements
This kind of agreements, managed by the International Relations Area, involves all of the University's academic areas and aims at favouring researcher and professor and/or student mobility. Foreign Institutions willing to establish a new cooperation agreement with the University of Bologna should contact the International Relations Area in order to start a negotiation procedure.
Faculty/Department Agreements
These Agreements, favouring research and academic activities, can be approved of and signed by individual Faculties/Departments in collaboration with similar structures of foreign Universities. These agreements, which may, or may not also include student mobility, must have the approval of the Department Heads or the Faculty Deans. Faculties or Departments from foreign Universities willing to establish a new cooperation agreement with a Faculty or Department of the University of Bologna should contact directly the Dean's office in order to strat a negotiation procedure.
