Summer and Winter Schools

Summer and Winter Schools organised by the University of Bologna are international courses which last between one and four weeks. They often take place outside traditional academic structures.
Introduction
Summer and Winter Schools are a recent but important addition to the University of Bologna's educational spectrum. They are usually structured as intensive courses on many different subjects designed to match new educational and professional needs.
Intensive Programme on Diversity Management, University of Kaunas, July 10th-23rd, 2012
This third edition of the Erasmus Intensive Programme on Diversity Management will explore the subject of "diversity" and will gather students and teacher coming from 5 different European Universities.
Summer School of Italian Language and Culture
The University of Bologna organizes summer courses of Italian language and culture for foreign students. Tuition in class is combined with an afternoon program of cultural trips and activities, so that the students can learn Italian language both written and oral by getting into direct contact with the traditions and culture of the territory. The students who are interested in applying for these courses can choose among three different course-options: a two-week course for beginners; a three-week course for beginners, intermediate and advanced; a combination of both the above-mentioned courses, for a total duration of 5 weeks.
